  • Media Release: Cora Systems Named as One of Ireland’s Best Workplaces (2023)

Carrick-on-Shannon, 27 June 2023

Cora Systems, a leading provider of enterprise portfolio, program and project management (PPM) solutions, today announced it has been named as one of Ireland’s outstanding workplaces by the prestigious Great Place to Work® authority.

The Great Place To Work® certification recognizes employers who create a superior employee experience. Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying a company’s employees .and completing a short questionnaire about its workforce. According to the study, Cora’s prioritization of its staff wellbeing, the structures it has in place for navigating change – both at a corporate strategic level and in day-to-day working practices – as well as its impressive learning and development model are some of the differentiators that distinguish Cora as a satisfying place to work.

Commenting on this achievement, Philip Martin, CEO, Cora Systems, said:

“What I love about the Great Place to Work® accolade is that it looks at the commercial needs of the business to succeed and the needs of people to flourish in that environment. It’s a lovely mix of meeting the needs of our customers, the needs of our business, but also meeting the needs of our staff at the same time. If one of those was missing, you wouldn’t have the entire Great Place to Work® experience. There’s no point giving your personal best and working as a team if you’re not actually growing the company. Ultimately, the Great Place to Work® ties those things together. It’s a Holy Trinity.”

Cora’s Head of HR Vincent Reynolds added:

“This award is a confirmation of our culture. We’ve always had a laser focus on creating and sustaining a very positive and progressive culture in our organization. One of the important things to note about the Great Place to Work® study is that it’s unvarnished. It’s scientifically done. It’s anonymously surveyed. I look forward to it because I feel management can get to see exactly how people are doing and how people feel about working here.. In Cora, we aim to create a culture where on Sunday night, people look forward to coming to work on Monday.  Our Great Place to Work® results for 2023 show we are definitely moving in the right direction in that respect.”
