Cora was born out of the passion to help enterprises power transformation.

Our executive management team are drawn from a range of blue-chip companies with a deep understanding of the nuances of project management, consulting and software. The leadership and commitment to innovation of this team is what drives our company and is integral to fulfilling Cora’s vision.

Philip Martin

Chief Executive Officer

 

Philip worked for a decade in engineering and management roles, primarily for the telecom industry, before founding Cora in 1999. Drawing on 30+ years of experience in the portfolio and project management industry, he has built our global client base across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the USA. He previously held positions with major US multinationals, including 3Com, Tellabs, DSC, and Pulse Engineering. Philip is an electronic system engineering graduate of Ulster University.

In his spare time, Philip enjoys a game of golf, Gaelic games, especially Roscommon’s matches, and basically anything with a ball. His family is important to him and spending time with them is second to none for him.

Pat Henry

Chief Technology Officer

 

Pat helps to shape the direction of Cora’s award-winning solutions. Previously, he worked for Brother Industries, 3Com, Tellabs, DSC Communications, and Alcatel. Pat is responsible for our technical vision and for leading all aspects of technology development. Pat is a graduate of Dublin City University, Dundalk Institute of Technology, and Sligo Institute of Technology.

When not working, Pat enjoys following Mayo in their quest for All-Ireland Gaelic football glory. He also reads novels and non-fiction books when not immersed in technology ideas.

John Fitzgerald

Chief Financial Officer

As the company’s CFO, John manages Cora’s finance and investment strategy. He brings vast experience in growth management, strategic business planning, and institutional investor relationship management. Before joining Cora’s team, John was Group CFO at Smartfrog & Canary Holdings Inc., a global SaaS business, where he grew their revenues significantly, completing a number of acquisitions as well as raising several rounds of funding. Previously, John was VP of Finance & Analytics with CleverCards for almost five years. In his earlier career, he held accounting roles in banking in Ireland and Australia. He is a CPA and holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin.

Susanne Kerins

Chief Marketing Officer

Susanne has been with Cora since 2017. A graduate of the MSc. in Marketing degree from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, Susanne is known for her innovative thinking and her unique mix of strategic, creative, and technical capabilities. Over the years, she has created content, managed events, driven social media strategies, shaped brand architectures, and built online/offline communities for a range of organizations in the technology, engineering, and third-level education sectors.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her spending time with family and friends as well as show jumping.

Adrian Morrissey

Chief Revenue Officer

 

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Adrian oversees Cora’s global sales function, working closely with cross-functional teams across the U.S., Europe and international markets to ensure that Cora consistently achieves its ambitious growth plans. In addition, he is responsible for the global customer success function, Cora’s alliances programme and the Global Account Management function. Together with the marketing and sales teams, he is focused on ensuring that all strategic objectives are implemented and fully achieved.

Adrian brings extensive experience to Cora, having held global positions at organizations such as Fenergo and Immedis. During his time at Immedis, he ran European sales in a period of hypergrowth and finished his tenure with them as CRO, overseeing Global Sales, Marketing, Alliances, SDR and Solution Consulting.

Adrian played Gaelic football for Wexford for several years, winning a league title in 2008.

Paul Rees

Head of Client Services

Paul has 20 years of experience in deploying enterprise project control solutions for owners, operators, and delivery organizations across public and private sectors. He has also gained significant experience in mobilizing digital PPM solutions for major programs in the UK, including High Speed 2, Crossrail, and Thames Tideway Tunnels. Paul has been with Cora since 2016 and prior to his current role, he headed up our UK operations, overseeing both existing accounts as well as new business development. Prior to joining Cora, Paul worked for CH2M HILL’s technology division and a number of consultancies focused on the implementation of project control applications globally. He is a science graduate of the University of Wales, Bangor.

Outside work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing rugby, although retirement will surely be calling soon.

Derry Lynch

Head of Customer Success

Derry has been with Cora for over a decade and has worked on multiple implementations of our solution across all industry verticals. He has held several senior roles in the company – including professional services manager; account services manager; head of client delivery and head of the solutions engagement team – before assuming his current role. Previously, Derry worked with global software firm FINEOS as head of training and in business consulting and support teams, as well in the banking sector with Permanent TSB and Irish Life. Derry graduated with a business studies degree from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.

A keen fan of sports, he’ll most likely be seen supporting the Irish rugby team and Liverpool, for his sins.

Vincent Reynolds

Head of HR

 

Vincent joined Cora as Head of HR in 2019 following an extensive career in corporate consulting, leading change management projects, and senior management roles in HR and Finance both in Ireland and the USA. One of the things Vincent enjoys most about leading the people side of things at Cora is the unique environment and culture of Cora where everyone is encouraged to be themselves at work and to make their own unique contribution to the business and its customers.

Downtime for Vincent outside of work is spending time with family and enjoying nature, especially the wild Atlantic coast in the west of Ireland.
