About the Roundtable

This roundtable brings together senior leaders to explore how organisations are balancing CapEx delivery, governance, and the human side of transformation — through open discussion rather than presentation-led content. 

The session will open with a short expert keynote, before moving into a facilitated roundtable discussion designed to surface real-world experience, shared challenges, and practical solutions from the room. 

Keynote Speaker & Roundtable Facilitator: Aidan McCullen

Aidan McCullen is a keynote speaker, leadership advisor, and internationally recognised expert on innovation and organisational transformation. He works with forward-thinking organisations to help leaders navigate constant change, build adaptability, and drive meaningful reinvention.

He is the author of Undisruptable: A Mindset of Permanent Reinvention and host of The Innovation Show, the first podcast to receive a prestigious Thinkers50 Award. Aidan himself was also named a Thinkers50 Innovation Award winner, recognising his global contribution to innovation and leadership thinking.

As co-founder of the Reinvention Summit, Aidan brings together senior leaders and leading thinkers to explore transformation at scale. He regularly facilitates leadership programmes, strategy forums, and executive roundtables, combining storytelling, lived experience, and practical insight to create engaging, high-impact sessions.

Aidan also serves as a Board Director with National Broadband Ireland and is an award-winning lecturer at Trinity College Dublin Business School. His earlier career as a professional rugby player continues to shape his approach to performance, resilience, and leadership under pressure.
