About the Roundtable
Capital projects are becoming larger, faster, and more complex, increasing pressure on teams to deliver with certainty while managing change at scale.
This roundtable brings together senior leaders to explore how organisations are balancing CapEx delivery, governance, and the human side of transformation — through open discussion rather than presentation-led content.
The session will open with a short expert keynote, before moving into a facilitated roundtable discussion designed to surface real-world experience, shared challenges, and practical solutions from the room.
