When you visit our website

If you submit a request on the Chatbot, Request Demo or Contact Us Form, we will ask you for your name, work email address, company name and phone number. Our website uses an AI powered Chatbot which routes your query to the appropriate team in Cora to assist you. The website can be used without you providing any personal data.

When you register for an event or webinar

We may ask you to provide, or you may choose to provide information when you register for our events, webinars, conferences, and seminars, or subscribe to our newsletter, access our on-demand webinars, guidebooks, and other any resources hosted on our website. In these instances, we may collect your name, work email address, professional information (e.g. company, and job title) and geographic region. Depending on the type of event, we may ask you whether you have any dietary requirements.

When you visit our offices

We have security cameras in place in all our offices and these automatically collect personal data through the recording of photographic images with dates and times for security and office monitoring purposes. We issue visitors to our offices with access cards, and these track your access times to the office which we may keep for our records.

When you use our service

When your employer allocates you a user license to our service, Cora will use your first and last name and work e-mail address.

When you provide a references/testimonial

We may ask you to provide references or testimonials about the product which we share with potential customers and on our website. Where applicable your name and job title would be processed. Some testimonials may be used on our website and/or other marketing material which may additionally an image or recording of you provided your prior written consent has been obtained.

When you join a call

We may record calls with partners, potential and existing customers. Where we do, your name, image (if your camera was enabled during the call and/or you have a photo on your profile).

When you apply for a job

You will be asked to share your CV and cover letter via e-mail or through LinkedIn.

When you partner with us

If you become a referral, implementation or any other partner of Cora, we may process your name, work e-mail address.
