When you visit our website When you visit our website the server will record your IP address together with the date, time and duration of your visit. In addition to your IP address the following technical information will also be collected: your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit including, the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from the website (including date and time), pages viewed, download errors, page interaction information (such as scrolling clicks), methods used to browse away from the website.
When you register for an event or webinar We may ask you to provide, or you may choose to provide information when you register for our events, webinars, conferences, and seminars, or subscribe to our newsletter, access our on-demand webinars, guidebooks, and other resources hosted on our website. In these instances we may collect your name, email address, professional information (e.g. company, and job title) and geographic region. You may also choose to apply for a job with us and provide us information about your career and personal history.
When you visit our office We have security cameras in place in all our offices and these automatically collect personal data through the recording of photographic images with dates and times for security and office monitoring purposes. We issue visitors to our offices with access cards and these track your access times to the office which we may keep for our records and business use. We do not record telephone conversations that we have with our clients and members of the public and in the event that we wanted to record a conversation with you for training purposes we would let you know of this and get your agreement to it in advance of the telephone conversation taking place.
