Overview
Ron has been involved with projects and project management for over 25 years, and over the last five years he has been looking at the issues of Project Sponsorship. Ron’s company, Project Agency, is involved in training and consulting with other companies to help them deliver projects so that they have a better chance of success. Ron also co-wrote the book “Strategies for Project Sponsorship” with Vicki James and Peter Taylor (The Lazy PM) , which is the primary focus in the podcast.
