Cora Systems, a global leader in enterprise project and portfolio management solutions, today announced that it has been selected by the City of London Corporation to drive forward its adoption of strategic portfolio management across the organization.
Cora Systems will create a cutting-edge system putting all the City Corporation’s project management onto one platform. Portfolio Management will enable the Corporation to prioritize these projects and manage them as a collective whole, ensuring that they are on track and fit with its strategic goals. It will also enable project managers to work faster and more efficiently.
As the governing body of London’s historic Square Mile, the City of London Corporation is focused on enhancing its approach to project management.
