During the pandemic, our department adopted Cora as our new project and portfolio management platform. Since then, we’ve successfully expanded its use across other areas of the business.

We now have multiple Cora instances operating across the organization — including at Roche Basel, which oversees our global entity, as well as our sister organization handling global capital projects, and Genentech, our U.S. headquarters.
