Project Dashboards is the topic of the second PPM Masterclass, brought to you by Cora’s Customer Success Team

Introduction

Cora PPM’s Project Dashboards are customizable business intelligence (BI) dashboards available for every project and role (e.g. financial user, portfolio manager, project manager, and senior exec). During the webinar, which lasts for approximately 45 minutes, Conor Cox will demonstrate a range of uses for Dashboards and how you can make the widgets “work for you”. Examples will include:

• From creating views and filters
• Switching on multiple Widgets and
• Exporting Dashboard Views and much more

Why Use Project Dashboards? Dashboards are key to visualizing the health of your projects and portfolios. They provide an at-a-glance visual summary, together with the ability to quickly access key underlying data and to readily identify project and portfolio risks. In addition, the use of early warning indicators plays an important role in avoiding and reducing costly issues.
