Job Opening: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

This is an 8-Month Maternity Cover role and will be based in Ireland

About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive for an 8-month maternity cover to maintain momentum on our pipeline generation and revenue growth initiatives. Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you'll handle day-to-day growth marketing function for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Oversight & Optimization

  • Develop and assist in the execution of demand generation campaigns and ensure alignment with goals

  • Guide decisions on targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation

  • Monitor performance and provide clear direction on optimization priorities

  • Ensure campaigns follow conversion best practices and B2B SaaS industry standards

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and report on marketing performance to VP of Marketing

  • Maintain accountability for generating high-quality pipeline from target ICP accounts

  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, customer success, product, and other teams to support pipeline and revenue goals

  • Assist in the managing of relationships with external agencies or contractors

  • Assist in providing clear communication with stakeholders across global teams

Requirements:

Experience

  • 2-3 years Growth Marketing experience

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads

  • Experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, and conversion optimization

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Strong understanding of website optimization, landing pages, SEO, etc

Working Style

  • Strategic thinker who can dive into tactical details when needed

  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into existing systems

  • Collaborative team player with strong business acumen

  • Available to work in our Ireland office 3 days per week
