Job Opening: Growth Marketing Lead

This is a 6-Month Maternity Cover role and will be based in Ireland

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Lead for a 6-month maternity cover to maintain momentum on our pipeline generation and revenue growth initiatives. This leadership role requires someone who can guide a capable team, apply best practices, and keep our growth engine running smoothly.

Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you'll manage a team of 3 who handle day-to-day execution while you provide strategic guidance and expert input.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a growth marketing team of 3

  • Provide expert guidance on digital marketing best practices (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, nurture programs, website optimization, SEO)

  • Support the team in improving campaign performance through coaching and strategic input

Campaign Oversight & Optimization

  • Oversee execution of demand generation campaigns and ensure alignment with goals

  • Guide strategic decisions on targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation

  • Monitor performance and provide clear direction on optimization priorities

  • Ensure campaigns follow conversion best practices and B2B SaaS industry standards

Event Marketing

  • Oversee sponsored event logistics including pre-event promotions, messaging, signage, and materials

  • Collaborate with partners on joint event initiatives

  • Enable sales team and coordinate post-event follow-up campaigns

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and report on marketing performance to VP of Marketing

  • Maintain accountability for generating high-quality pipeline from target ICP accounts

  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, customer success, product, and other teams to support pipeline and revenue goals

  • Manage relationships with external agencies or contractors

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across global teams

Requirements:

Experience

  • 5-10 years in B2B SaaS digital marketing and demand generation

  • 3-5 years managing and developing marketing teams

  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads—you know what good looks like and can teach others

  • Strong experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, and conversion optimization

  • Track record of coaching teams to improve results and managing to pipeline goals

Technical Skills

  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads strategy

  • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Strong understanding of website optimization, landing pages, SEO, and CRO

  • Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, and A/B testing

  • Familiarity with sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo) and ABM platforms (6sense) a plus

Leadership & Working Style

  • Experienced player-coach comfortable providing hands-on guidance without micromanaging

  • Strategic thinker who can dive into tactical details when needed

  • Strong coaching and communication skills

  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into existing systems

  • Collaborative team player with strong business acumen

  • Available to work in our Ireland office 3 days per week

Preferred

  • Experience marketing complex technical solutions with 6-12 month sales cycles

  • Familiarity with pharma, manufacturing, construction, energy & utilities or regulated industries

  • Experience in interim or maternity cover roles
