USA Country Manager

Cora are seeking a high-performing Country Manager with expertise in Enterprise SaaS sales and sales management to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in the USA. You will be responsible for maximising our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management and then successfully delivering on those plans.  Additionally, you will have overall responsibility for country management of the USA as a key geography for Cora’s strategy.  You have a track record of engaging with, and fostering relationships with senior-level technology executives (CIO, SVP, etc), built on 5+ years of successful, ROI-driven, enterprise-wide solutions-oriented selling.

Location: Ideally US-based

Required Education: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

Required experience: 5+ years of experience successfully selling ROI-driven, Enterprise-Wide Applications to C level decision makers

Responsibilities

  • Ability to gain trusted advisor status though bringing value to every prospective customer engagement
  • Consulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs. Recommend solutions, prepare and present proposals
  • Developing internal working relationships by working successfully with the other sales, marketing and client delivery professionals across the Cora business
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully conversant of our product platforms
  • Working closely with the Sales team you will drive the adoption of CRM software across the organisation and put in place the infrastructure and processes to support the success of the sales and lead generation functions
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Cora’s customer base and ensure its strong market presence
  • As the role grows you will be responsible for managing recruiting, strategic goalsetting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, delivery staff and others according as they are hired into the Cora business
  • Being fully accountable for the country management duties and sales results of Cora in the USA

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience successfully selling ROI-driven, Enterprise-Wide Applications to C level decision makers

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

  • Ability to work on own initiative, resilient and flexible

  • Successful previous experience as a country manager or sales manager in the USA or similar market place, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Cora business and with client organisations

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise of Cora’s industry sectors

  • Ability to implement and adhere to proven CRM processes

  • The experience of setting up and running a sales function in the USA (or similar) would be a definite advantage
