The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong self-starter with the following attributes:

  • 5+ years experience in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment, multi-disciplined Teams using the same or similar toolset as stated below
  • Experienced developer with previous web-based SaaS technologies experience, working on a mixture of frameworks, environments, and processes, and experience of working on projects in maintenance mode.
  • Demonstrable experience of remote working and leading others utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Experience in a client-facing role and be able to communicate with the client during the delivery process.
  • Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies would be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or SQL.DBA would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Well-developed people skills, capable of building strong working relationships
  • Attention to detail combined with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • A positive outlook and constructive way of working with others
  • Professional personality with a “getting things done” attitude

Responsibilities

This is a key role with the following responsibilities and tasks, but this list is not exhaustive.

  • Assistance with management of Helpdesk tickets through the issue lifecycle both triaging and resolving issues
  • Liaising directly with customers on issues as required
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of how all areas of the functionality in the Cora Platform operate.
  • Ability to implement ad hoc configuration changes requested by customers
  • Production of Helpdesk performance reporting, and provision of customer-specific support reporting
  • Assistance with maintenance of technical documentation (Policies and Procedures)
  • Work as part of an Agile SCRUM team breaking down, designing, estimating, developing, testing, and documenting work as per requirements.
  • Undertake investigations/ POCs and provide possible guidance on the best solutions to technical problems.
  • Triage/troubleshoot, assess, and prioritize complex technical issues and effectively communicate these priorities.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure the product meets customer needs and does not have a negative impact on existing customer functionality.
  • Early identification of risk and opportunities, and making data-backed decisions and recommendations
  • Provide mentoring to other members of the team.
  • Be actively involved in hiring and growing our development team.
  • Hands-on coding as per toolset
