The session explores best practices for Enterprise PPM. It outlines a unique ‘control tower’ approach that provides predictive actionable insights across the enterprise.
As part of the presentation the team share real world PPM examples and pin point value delivered. The session also covers a Total Economic Impact study on implementing PPM and the value delivered across 5 areas.
