Media Release: Cora Systems Wins 2018 Supply Chain Achievement Award

Media Release: DUBLIN, IRELAND – (April 30, 2018):

Cora Systems, a leading provider of enterprise project and portfolio management solutions, announces today that it has been awarded the “Supply Chain Achievement Award” at the 2018 Irish Logistics & Transport Awards for its successful and innovative implementations in the project management sector.

Cora Systems won its supplier category, beating off some stiff competition across a range of sectors, including BWG Foods and Exertis Supply Chain Services. Cora Systems was commended for its excellence in supply chain management, and for helping leading life sciences and engineering & construction providers – including Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Honeywell Building Solutions and Teleflex Medical – to gain control, insight and governance of their project portfolios and to achieve measurable results.

The Irish Logistics & Transport Awards 2018 gala ceremony took place at the Citywest Hotel, Dublin. Launched in 2010, the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards are the long-standing benchmark for those demonstrating excellence in the industry. Other category winners on the night included DHL and Eurobase.

“We are really honored to win the Supply Chain Achievement Award and to receive recognition of the work we’ve been doing with our clients across the globe. Companies like Honeywell Building Solutions who use our solution to manage 30,000+ projects have been able to significantly streamline their project portfolios with our product. This award will only motivate us to further improve our solution for our clients,” said Philip Martin, CEO, Cora Systems.

“From 40″ containers of pharmaceuticals, to a tray full of loaves of bread, the work of Freight Forwarders and Logisticians in keeping supply chains connected is finding greater recognition among business and the media today. The 2018 Irish Logistics and Transportation Awards represents a solid insight into the hard work of this vital industry,” said Seamus Kavanagh, Judging Coordinator and Irish International Freight Association Executive Officer.
