For more than four years, Chris has been a valuable team leader and a consistent customer advocate for Cora. His intensity and tenacity – and popularity with both customers and his teammates within Cora – have served him well, and we look forward to him using these skills to further drive our customer success engine.
Chris will be responsible for all customer success, helping you to get the most out of your Cora platform and managing your product roadmaps, ultimately ensuring increased customer satisfaction. His team will comprise Noelle McGuinness, Vikas Shetty, and Niall Murphy.
We hope, too, that Chris’s promotion will help to alleviate some of the pain he might be feeling at a difficult moment in Manchester United’s history.
