Cora Systems is delighted to welcome Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation (CWP) as the latest user of ProjectVision to ensure they have complete control and visibility of their programmes and projects.
CWP was formed in 2002 and provides inpatient and community mental health services across Cheshire and Wirral and also provides specialist services within Liverpool, Bolton, Warrington, Halton and Trafford. Following a workshop with Cora Systems a requirement was discovered within the Performance and Redesign department to introduce improved project management processes to cover a number of programmes within the Trust. ProjectVision by Cora Systems was identified as the tool to enable the resolution of a number of issues within the current processes. Speaking about Cora’s latest user, Andrew McIntyre, Director of Sales and Marketing, said “CWP identified that a rapid deployment, very strong return on investment and Cora’s proven track record in delivery in the NHS were the reasons behind their decision. CWP now have instant access to every single aspect and every single detail of all programmes and projects enabling them to deliver the programmes on time and on budget. The days of spreadsheet and countless hours of collating information are behind them.”
