Project Challenge

Cora Systems are delighted to be exhibiting at the 2019 Project Challenge Spring Show in the Olympia, London. The Expo, which is the UK’s leading independent show for projects, programmes, processes and resources takes place on March 21st.

This highly successful event is a must for all PM professionals. Throughout the day an array of Project Management experts will take to the stage to discuss their knowledge, experience and best practice options with the attendees. On the other side the attendees will be given the opportunity to learn from industry specialists and get a comprehensive insight into the advances around tools, solutions and processes in the area of Project Management.

Each year, Cora sponsor a speaking slot at the show and we’re delighted to have Fergal Collins, Head of PMO at Tusla – Ireland’s Child and Family Agency, take up this slot and speak on our behalf. His presentation, which will get under way at 12:15pm, is entitled “The Design and Establishment of a PMO and the need for an IT tool” and forms part of the Master Class / Solutions Zone series of talks.

Established in 2014 Tulsa is has an operational budget of over €750 million, it employs over 4,000 and is now powered by Cora PPM. Although it is a Healthcare agency the problems faced by Fergal when setting up the PMO were common across all sectors and it’s a very interesting story, which everyone can take learnings from.

The Cora team will be available at Stand 128 throughout the Show to discuss your project needs and challenges, and demonstrate how our solution, Cora PPM, can work for you. While you’re there take part in our “Golf Putting Challenge” and you could win a Hamper worth £100.

Project Challenge is always a great show for Cora so we’re really looking forward to being there. If you’d like to schedule a demo or a chat with one of the Cora Team members, please email prees@corasystems.com who will be happy to do so.
