Our PPM software supports documents to be stored at organization, project, and functional levels within the system. The organizational/company documents allow for the storage of a default suite of template documents or artifacts that can be used across all projects on the system. Documents can be kept in our PPM database or linked to your existing file server. Optionally, we can also develop additional integrations to your document management application.

Our document management tool ensures that all documentation (PDF’s, Word, Excel, Drawings, etc.) associated with a project is kept together in one place, easily accessed. Attach documents to projects, risks, issues, tasks, registers and Smart Forms. These are directly uploaded to our PPM system and automatically version controlled, date- stamped, and recorded in the Audit Trail. Search facilities allow meta tags to be associated with the documents to allow quick retrieval later. Never lose an important project document again.
