To support our business growth in EMEA, we are looking for a proven VP Professional Services to work with our largest and most strategic customers to help them achieve their business goals for portfolio, program and project management utilizing Cora PPM.
Reporting to the Global Head of Client Delivery, you will engage with customers and lead multi-scale implementation projects to analyze, define and implement innovative solutions for our customers. You will also work closely with various internal teams to manage and deliver on customer requirements; including Sales, Product Development, Delivery and Cora Senior Leadership.
You will have proven experience of successfully building and leading a professional services team capable of delivering exceptional value and services to customers. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving on behalf of customers, have experience in working closely with senior stakeholders (C-Level), and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets related to professional services. The successful performance of your role will be underpinned by excellent commercial acumen and overall business experience.
Full-Time, Permanent, with flexible work arrangements
Graduate Degree or equivalent work experience
Remote within Ireland or the UK, and also occasionally at our offices in Bedford UK, and Carrick on Shannon, Ireland, or at customer locations

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the P&L for the professional services team across EMEA
- Expanding and building the professional service team across EMEA
- Ensuring Cora has effective client delivery/professional services processes and procedures
- Delivering on an appropriate set of KPIs
- Training and skilling up team members on managing clients and their expectations
- Providing strategic input to the direction of professional services in Cora
- Support and assist the Global Head of Client Delivery in their mission to streamline client delivery processes
- Support at a senior consultative level the sales teams when working with large clients
- Travel tom speak to and learn from our clients and feed that learning back in to our processes
- In the early days, we may need you to be involved in direct Client Delivery projects but we expect this to taper back in the first year
- Ultimately, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Key Skills and Attributes
- 3+ years’ proven experience working at a senior level in professional services management, ideally in a SaaS business
- Strong strategic, analytical, commercial, and financial skills, and business acumen
- An ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle ever-changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all business levels and work in a collaborative way across multiple teams
- Ability to understand complex customers’ needs, and an ability to manage customer expectations
- Excellent mentoring and coaching skills to bring out the best in team members
- Willing to travel for business purposes
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management, Professional Services Automation, Enterprise Planning, and Resource Management SaaS offerings is a plus
