The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong self-starter and will help ensure the needs of our customers are met.
We are seeking to hire a 1st Level Support Specialist. Our Support Specialist will be part of our Customer Success Team providing guidance and support to external customers. This position requires self-motivation to achieve whatever needs to be done in the customer's best interest while adhering to our company values.
The support engineer will be a generalist, i.e., cover a broad range of support areas without specializing in any discipline.
