Enterprise Financials

The Enterprise Financials functionality provides you with an overview of your financial data so you can track estimates, budgets, forecasts and actuals, and monitor any deviation between planned and actual costs and spending. Data can be entered manually, imported from other sources or generated from the resource plan.

BoM Management

Cora’s Bill of Materials (BoM) Management functionality allows you to monitor the costs of parts, materials, assemblies or any other element associated with the manufacturing process

Payment Scheduler

The Payment Scheduler functionality allows you to manage the projected revenue generated by a project, so that you can monitor any scheduled payments that are due. Notifications and alerts get triggered and are sent to stakeholders once specific milestones are reached.

Cost Book Allocation

The Cost Book Allocation feature enables you to manage large capital expenditure projects by providing you with the associated controls required. It integrates all the financial data from your ERP system to give you a single, consolidated view of budgets, forecasts, EACs and other relevant financial data.

Purchase Orders & Invoicing

The Purchase Orders and Invoicing functionality helps organizations manage their procurement process, track expenses and facilitates financial transactions related to projects. It allows you to automatically create invoices that get triggered by time, materials or tasks completed.

Net Present Value

Net Present Value (NPV) is an industry standard means for evaluating the time value of money, so that any changes in values can be accounted for over the course of a project’s lifecycle.

Rate Matrix

Cora’s Rate Matrix provides a flexible and configurable method to control rate selection on projects. Administrators will have the ability to create one or multiple matrices with the attributes that control rate selection at project level. This will also include options to increase rates by fixed amounts or percentages to support overhead/burden charges.

Cost & Revenue Planning

Allows the ability to define cash and revenue models at a Contract or Contract Line level Alternative Hierarchy to calculate cash and revenue values in Advanced Financials (aka Forecasting).

Multi-Currency Handling

This allows you to set sums used in the Rate Matrix, or in any of the Advanced Financials’ tools, in accordance with whatever your local currency is.
