As an Account Executive and Sales Lead, your mission will be to support UK customers with their use of the ProjectVision platform and become their onsite advocate and trusted advisor. The Account Manager and Sales Lead plays a crucial role in helping customers drive value through their usage of the ProjectVision platform. You will need to be innovative, and enjoy working with a great team.
Become the trusted advisor for UK customers by way of driving and managing processes to resolve any issues and escalate when needed
Assist in customer success in conjunction with Cora’s Professional Services team by understanding customers’ businesses and where new ProjectVision functionality and features can add value
Create and maintain Account Plans focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction and account growth
Leveraging Cora wins and successes to open new departments and stakeholders within assigned accounts
2+ years’ experience working as an Account Manager / Account Executive
Understanding of and experience supporting sales processes
Tavel across the UK with some international travel also
Familiarity conversing with multiple stakeholders within customer accounts
Energetic work approach and ambition to progress career
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organisation and communication skills
Excellent in person and on-line presentation/demonstration skills
Familiarity with Software as a Service / Cloud Solutions
